Unlike most healthcare that requires insurance, DPC keeps the relationship simple: just you and your doctor. By cutting out the middleman, direct primary care allows your doctor to focus on your medical needs, providing your referrals, tests, and prescriptions. For a monthly fee, you can talk to your doctor at any time in person or through call, text, or email.

With so many ways to talk to your doctor, you may find your doctor easier to reach than your family. What's more, there are no visit copays or additional papers to fill out after your membership agreement, and your appointment will last as long as needed.

While insurance-based healthcare is needed for emergencies, 80 - 90 percent of medical needs can be handled by a DPC practice. General treatments can be provided by your direct primary care doctor as part of your membership.

For treatments we cannot provide, we have negotiated rates with partner imaging companies, pharmacies, and specialty groups. If you do have to pay out of pocket, you'll know your exact out-of-pocket cost.

As a DPC practice, we strive to provide the highest quality of care. By limiting the number of patients each doctor sees, our doctors can take as much time as each patient needs and make sure they receive personal and accurate treatments. Your doctor will know your allergies, the prescriptions you are currently taking, and your medical history. Your Communitas doctor will dedicate as much time as it takes to put you back in good health. At Communitas, you are not just another patient.

At Communitas, we build relationships with our patients so we can create a healthcare plan that suits them personally.

Our treatment standard is set high to provide you with quality and personalized care. We take the time to understand your medical history and plan what is best for your future.
